You can request deletion of your Favorite Franchisee App account and the personal data associated with that account.

How to request deletion

Email franchise-support@favorite.co.uk .
Use the subject: Franchise App account deletion request.
Include the email address used to sign in to the app.

We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete your Franchise App account and associated personal data held specifically for the operation of the app.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, or legitimate business record-keeping obligations.

Important: Deleting your Franchise App account does not automatically delete unrelated business, franchise, employment, or transaction records held by Favorite Fried Chicken Limited outside the app.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
