Live chat, provided by Tawk.to, loads when you choose to start it. Tawk.to receives your messages and information about your device and connection, and may use cookies to provide chat. You can use our contact form instead.
Our ordering website, favoritechicken.online, has its own cookie controls. Choose Manage on its banner to choose whether to allow Tracking or Advertising cookies, then save your choices. It remembers your choices for 90 days across its restaurant pages. Choices on the main website do not automatically carry over to the ordering website.
Website pages opened inside the Favorite app respect your website cookie choices. The app does not add any separate tracking. The app and your usual browser may remember choices separately, so you may be asked more than once.
Online card payments are handled by Ryft through its hosted payment service. Ryft processes payment information to complete your payment and help prevent fraud. For details, see Ryft’s privacy policy.
Payment options may also load services from Google and Apple. These providers may use their own cookies when their services load.
On the main website and store finder, turning off Analytics or Advertising stops future tracking in that category. It does not remove information already received by a provider. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings, although clearing essential cookies may affect forms or your saved choices.

Browser storage named favorite-consent-signal lets open tabs respond to a changed choice; it stores a change notification, not a browsing history, and remains until replaced or cleared.__cf_bm normally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity._ga and _ga_* distinguish browsers and record session information. Google’s default duration is up to two years; browsers may impose shorter limits and subsequent visits may refresh expiry.yext_analytics_session_id uses session storage and lasts until the tab is closed. Yext activity reporting is controlled by the Analytics choice whether or not a cookie is used._gcl_, including _gcl_au, normally last up to 90 days._fbp, and _fbc when applicable after an advertising click, normally last up to 90 days.Tawk.to may use twk_idm_key and TawkConnectionTime for the session and tawk_uuid_* identifiers for up to six months.
PHPSESSID keeps the website session working and normally lasts for the browser session. favoriteonline-kc-cc-tracking and favoriteonline-kc-cc-ads remember your two choices for 90 days. Google Analytics is used to understand use of the ordering website; its cookie durations are described above.
