You can use our Store Finder to locate your nearest store. Simply type in your postcode or use location services and your nearest stores will be shown with all the relevant store information.
How can I order online?
Most Favorite stores offer direct online ordering through our app and website. The store information page will confirm if your store offers this service, look out for the Chuckie Logo and order direct.
If a store does not offer Favorite Online Ordering you may still be able to order via our third party partners – JustEat, UberEats or Deliveroo. The store information page will display the relevant logo and link for each service. The respective terms and conditions are set by those partners when accessing and ordering via their websites and apps. These links are supplied by us for information only.
Where can I find information regarding allergens?
There are 14 major allergens which all food businesses have to mention when used as ingredients. Please check our allergen page on the website or in app. You can click into each menu item to view its allergen information.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can change or amend your delivery address up until when you place your order.
What time do you deliver until?
Delivery hours vary between stores so please check using our Store Finder to access store information.
Why was my order cancelled?
If there is a problem with your order or the store is unable to deliver for any reason, then your order may be cancelled. Any cancelled order payment taken will be refunded within 72 working hours, subject to card processing times. For any queries, please email feedback@favorite.co.uk.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
If you ordered via our Favorite website, Favorite App or visited a Store, firstly, please call the store to rectify your issue. You can contact us with feedback via email at feedback@favorite.co.uk.
If you ordered via a third-party you will need to contact the platform you ordered through and raise the issue with them directly.
Why does my chicken look pink?
Please note that our Spicy Crunchy Wings, Spicy BBQ Wings and our Fillet of Fire® Burgers are marinaded prior to cooking in order to give them their unique flavour. This may sometimes cause them to appear pink in colour when cooked.
Aside from the marination this pinkness can happen even when cooked for other reasons and not limited to:
Myoglobin: Chicken naturally contains a pigment called myoglobin, which gives it a pinkish colour. Even after cooking, some myoglobin may remain, especially in areas with less fat and thicker meat. Bone proximity: Bones can retain heat, which can cause the meat near them to cook more slowly. This can sometimes result in a slightly pink appearance.
Important Note: While a slight pinkness doesn't always mean the chicken is undercooked, it's crucial to ensure the internal temperature has reached a safe level. Which is why we carry out regular temperature checks and have cooking systems to ensure this. Look for other signs: In addition to temperature, cooked chicken should have juices that run clear, not pink.
