Where is my nearest store?

You can use our Store Finder to locate your nearest store. Simply type in your postcode or use location services to see nearby stores and their information.

How can I order online?

Most Favorite stores offer direct online ordering through our app and website. Check your store information page to confirm availability and look out for the Chuckie logo to order direct.

If direct ordering is not available, you may still be able to order via our third-party partners – Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo.

Where can I find allergen information?

There are 14 major allergens which all food businesses must declare when used as ingredients. Please check our allergen page on the website or in the app. You can also click into each menu item to view its allergen information.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change or amend your delivery address up until you place your order.

What time do you deliver until?

Delivery hours vary between stores. Please check your local store information using our Store Finder.

Why was my order cancelled?

If there is a problem with your order or the store is unable to deliver for any reason, your order may be cancelled. Any cancelled order payment taken will be refunded within 72 working hours, subject to card processing times.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

If you ordered via our Favorite website, Favorite App or visited a store, please contact the store directly so they can help resolve your issue.

If you ordered via a third-party platform, you will need to contact that platform directly and raise the issue with them.

Why does my chicken look pink?

Some products, such as our Spicy Crunchy Wings, Spicy BBQ Wings and Fillet of Fire® Burgers, are marinated prior to cooking. This can sometimes cause a slight pink appearance once cooked.

Pinkness can also occur naturally in cooked chicken due to myoglobin or proximity to bone. We carry out regular temperature checks and use controlled cooking systems to ensure all chicken is cooked safely. If you have any concerns, please speak to our store staff.

What meat are your ribs?

Our Favorite Chicken & Ribs stores sell pork ribs.

Do you offer food suitable for religious dietary requirements?

If you have religious requirements or concerns regarding your order, please check with the store before ordering.

How can I apply for a job at Favorite?
